Have you been feeling like the world around you is spinning? Staying grounded and connected has been a challenge for many of us lately, and I hope you’ve found ways to create balance that work for you. But what is grounding? Grounding is the practice of reconnecting with the present moment, your body, and the earth. It helps anchor your energy and bring a sense of stability when life feels overwhelming. There are many ways to ground from walking bare feet to visualizing sending excess energies to the ground. What would be most grounding to you these days? Take a look at the classes below and see if one feels right for your journey toward grounding and balance

Class schedule:

  • *New* Yin Yoga Fridays. Yin was my first step towards a meditation practice. It is so good for the body and the soul! This Friday Yin Yoga class combines breathwork, long-held poses, and visualization to release stress, foster relaxation, and leave you centered and ready for a present weekend. Perfect for unwinding after a busy week! Classes are from 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm most Fridays at Inner Seed in Palo Alto.

  • *Coming soon* Replenish & Recharge workshop for People/HR Leaders. Got a friend or colleague in HR, coaching, or workplace leadership? 🧑‍💼💡 Let them know about this mindfulness workshop made just for them! It’s happening Sunday, March 2nd, 10 am to 11:30 am at Inner Seed in Palo Alto. I’m experimenting with mixing my executive search experience with mindfulness practices to create something unique 💙. Registration info to come.

  • Drop-in Weekly Visual Meditation class. Tuesdays at 6.30am, Inner Seed in Palo Alto. This 50 min class blends ancient wisdom and science to help release stress, clear distractions, set intention through guided imagery, and foster deep healing and clarity. Empower yourself to approach your day and week with renewed purpose and positive energy.

  • Visual Meditation 3-Class Series. Starting this week again our regular classes with the January series. The theme is manifestation and we will explore our ability to receive, how to set clear intentions, and noticing how things unfold. Classes are Wednesday evenings on 01/22, 01/29 and 02/05 at Arrillaga Center in Menlo Park 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm.
