Imagine, Practice, Create: Classes and Workshops for Intentional Living

๐ŸŒŸ Happy Holidays! ๐ŸŒŸ

Hello friends!

I hope you are able to fully enjoy this holiday season! A few announcements:

  • Newsletter. We are merging a few lists into one newsletter to more easily spread the word ๐Ÿ™‚. Feel free to unsubscribe below if youโ€™re not interested right now.

  • Mindfulness Circle for Parents | Preparing for a Peaceful Holiday Season. Repeat class for those who missed the first one on Thursday 12/19 at Yoga Source in Palo Alto. I am super excited to be teaching this class again because we had such a lovely time the first time at InnerSeed. Yoga Source is a much bigger and more established studio so it will be a different vibe for me to try and work with! Bring your mat, journal and pen.

  • Visual Meditation 3-Class Series. Continuing our regular classes with the January series. The theme is still TBD so feel free to make requests! Classes will be Wednesday evenings on 01/22, 01/29 and 02/05 at Arrillaga Center in Menlo Park 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm. Bring your mat!

  • *New* Design Your 2025: A Mindful Visualization Journey. Wednesday 01/15 at Arrillaga Center in Menlo Park 7pm to 8.30 pm. I will lead you through some relaxation exercises, deep visualizations and journaling to let go of anything you donโ€™t need from 2024 and set your fresh intentions for 2025. Bring your mat, journal and pen.

  • *New* 2025 Career Vision Day Workshop. We will be hosting an intimate group of 6 explorers to set our career vision for 2025. Think of it as strategic planning for your career, but in a creative, playful, mindful way. Our first session will be at Swirl Works Studio in Menlo Park on Friday 01/10 and we are working on adding a second session in late January in either the North Bay or San Francisco.

Please email me if you have any suggestions, ideas or know of a great space for me to teach or hold a workshop! I still have so much to learn on this journey and I deeply appreciate your love, support and ideas!

I wish you the most joyful holiday season!

With love,

Mathilde
