🌙 21 Nights to Remember 🌙
Reclaiming the Wisdom of Dreams
Hello friends!
tl;dr: In uncertain times, dreams offer a quiet gateway back to the soul. 21 Nights to Remember is a gentle, three-week practice to help you track your dreams, reflect on their meaning, and reconnect with your inner guidance. Start tonight—your dreams are waiting to speak.
In uncertain times, when life feels noisy and the outer world full of pressure, dreams offer sanctuary. They become quiet gateways—places where healing, guidance, and reconnection can happen. As Edgar Cayce said, “Dreams are today's answers to tomorrow's questions.” When we start paying attention to them, dreams help us imagine new paths, resolve what's unspoken, and return to the deeper truth of who we are.
Childhood dreams are often the first whispers of our soul story. One of mine returned again and again: I was far out in the universe, walking a glowing pink energy path—fluid and surreal, like something from a Salvador Dalà painting. It twisted, hovered, and looped in impossible shapes. At the end was a giant Harley-style motorbike. And just as I reached it, the dream would stop.
For years, I didn’t know what it meant. Only recently did I understand the symbols: the longing to rebel, to explore beyond the known, to claim freedom in a way only my spirit could imagine. More importantly, I saw it as an unfinished dream—one that lingered because its message was still unfolding.
That’s the thing about dreams—whether they visited us years ago or came to us last night, they are not just memories; they are invitations. Even our most current dreams carry potent clues: reflections of our inner world, our soul longings, and the paths we’re being called to walk.
When we learn to “catch” our dreams and honor their symbols, we open the door to healing, creativity, and deep spiritual guidance. For children, dreams are a natural gateway to spirit. For artists and seekers, they’re a wellspring of vision. For all of us, they offer a sacred map back to wholeness.
So what are your dreams trying to show you?
Let’s find out! I created 21 Nights to Remember as a gentle dream-tracking practice to help you reconnect with your inner world. For three weeks, you’ll record your dreams, reflect on their symbols, and listen for the voice of your spirit in the night. It’s easy to begin—just grab a notebook, a penlight, and set the intention to remember your dreams. Start journaling as soon as you wake up, while the details are still fresh.
If you're curious to go deeper and connect with fellow dreamers, join me for the Dream Meditation Series, starting this Thursday. 🌙
